Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and utilizing the facilities, services, and website of Balla2Gym, located at Nyankpala Campus, UDS, Ghana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Access

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Valid student identification (UDS) is required to qualify for student rates. We reserve the right to revoke student status if fraudulent identification is presented.
• You must present your official Member ID (digital or physical) upon entry.
• Access to the facility is limited to operating hours which may vary on public holidays or due to maintenance.

3. Facility Etiquette and Safety

• All members must rack their weights after use.
• Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe footwear must be worn at all times.
• Members must respect floor coaches, staff, and other athletes. Abusive language or physical violence will result in immediate termination of membership.
• The use of chalk is permitted in designated heavy-lifting areas only.

4. Liability Waiver

Engaging in physical exercise involves inherent risks. By using Balla2Gym equipment and facilities, you assume all risk of injury. Balla2Gym, its owners, management, and floor coaches are not liable for any injuries, medical emergencies, or loss of personal property occurring on the premises.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments can be made via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) or Cash at Desk. Subscriptions (Monthly, Trimester, etc.) become active on the date of successful payment and end on the designated expiry date. There are no pause or freeze options for standard memberships unless expressly authorized by management.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
